Terms of Service
The agreement between you and MetricMint for the web app, the plugin, and paid plans.
Last updated August 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use getmetricmint.com or the MetricMint WordPress plugin. MetricMint is operated by &Pixels. By creating an account or connecting the plugin, you agree to them.
Your account
- You need an account for the web app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have permission to connect the sites and analytics properties you connect.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.
The plugin
The MetricMint WordPress plugin is licensed under the GPLv2 or later. That license governs the plugin code itself and gives you the freedoms it describes. These terms cover the hosted service the plugin can connect to, not your rights in the plugin code.
The plugin is distributed through the WordPress.org plugin directory and works fully without a MetricMint account. The hosted service these terms describe only comes into play once you connect the plugin with a license key.
The plugin injects the tracking and verification tags you configure. You choose which providers to enable, you are responsible for having the right to run them on your site, and each provider’s own terms apply to what they collect.
Your data and your content
Your data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: storing your settings, retrieving reports from sources you connect, and displaying them back to you. We describe what we hold in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans
- Paid plans bill in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not prorate partial periods.
- If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
- If prices change we will tell you before the change affects your renewal.
- Something went wrong on our side? Write in through the Happiness Center and we will sort it out.
Availability
We work to keep MetricMint running and to give notice before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party sources we read from, such as Google and Microsoft, can change or restrict their APIs, which may affect what we can show you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using MetricMint and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm the service or other customers, or where we are required to by law. We will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Disclaimers and liability
MetricMint is provided “as is”. We report on data supplied by third-party services and cannot guarantee it is complete or accurate, so please do not treat it as the sole basis for a significant decision. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will give notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use MetricMint after that means you accept them.
